Refunds & Returns Policy
If you have made payment for the Tapestry order and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
customer satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the Tapestry Order if:
you receive the wrong item; (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
We do not issue the refund if:
You make a wrong selection, Need different sizes, Change of mind or quality of the product. We are selling premium quality Wall Tapestry.
Tapestry shop has provided proper images of each and every product’s colour and design. The exact design and colour may slightly vary, due to different computer device screen settings, and lighting.
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or PO BOX address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not being cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster including any pandemic situation ).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the order is delivered. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page. If 15 days have passed since you received the Tapestry order, then, we can’t offer you a refund.
